MIL-DTL-83513 Series Micro-D Connectors J30J-21ZKP Jack (Female) Connector
J30J series of micro rectangular electrical connectors comply with GJB2446A (equivalent to MIL-DTL-83513), corresponding to the American MDM series products. They adopt precision twisted wire elastic pins (precision twist pins), with a contact piece spacing of 1.27mm. The product is compact in size. The casing is made of metal and comes in 12 specifications ranging from 9 to 144 pins. The insulator material adopts PPS to meet the requirements of high-temperature resistance and aerospace applications.
Plugs and sockets can be threaded locked, guided, and prevent misinsertion. The termination forms include crimping, direct insertion, bending insertion, and welding. Among them, the cross-sectional area of the crimped wire is 0.1mm² to 0.15mm², which is suitable for the interconnection of various electronic and electrical systems with high density, miniaturization, lightweight, and high reliability requirements.
